Objectives and benefits

Program (based of the book Life Coach)

  1. Module - Self-reflection and development: Creating intuitive decision-making authority. Unfolding the true individual abilities as a basis for self-development. Communicate intuitively with the heart. Social development and conscious questions as a basis for self-development. Consciously decide for energy gain or energy loss. Recognizing the company as a living being. Recognize system and context. Work and live with heart, head and hand. Recognizing character types, behaviors and perceiving basic needs. Evolving as a person and really getting better.
  2. Module - Emotions, feelings and life plan: Recognizing and distinguishing emotions and feelings. Learn optimal handling of burnout, bullying, stress and lack of recognition. Analyzing and accepting the individual biography and beliefs as a resource for solving blockages. Distinguishing between expecting, evaluating and judging. Sharpening individual intelligence. Experience your own resonance. Differentiating duality and polarity. Directing thoughts in good will and action. Defining the life plan with values, vision, goals and Big Five.​
  3. Module - Motivation and goals: Becoming aware of finding, meaning and motives. Clarifying tasks and roles in life. Relativizing values, work and principles. Recognition of maturity, motivation, commitment and competence in people. Analyzing, aiming, implementing. Learning to clearly define vision and goals. Courageously develop our own life. Live our true calling. Experience work as a vocation. Meaningful, beneficial and fulfilling life's task. Redefining time, effective and efficient. Defining a new balance of life and work.
  4. Module - Communication and presentation: Joyful and authentic communication as the basis of motivation and human relationships. Perceiving distances in human being and space. Detecting escalation levels. Transforming conflicts and finding solutions. Answer briefly, clearly and purposefully in every situation. 100% in its strength and confidently present in front of an audience. Creating short, clear and goal-oriented meetings. Successful pitching with flip chart at sessions or in front of small groups. Telling stories as a strategy in conversations.
  5. Module - Innovation and success strategies: Creating innovative solutions. Distinguishing between Kaizen and innovation. Recognize and implement the effort and benefits of value innovations. Manifesting goals and life dreams of fellow human beings and customers. Coaching transformation and change process, thanks to flexibility and decision-making. Developing successful intervention strategies. Creating solutions for human beings challenges. Creating his individual Life Coach style as a self-employed.

​Coaching project work

For the duration of the training, all participants develop several practical coaching cases. The focus is on efficient, effective and intuitive application in practice. You will receive various tools to empower your true potential as a coach.

Methods and tools

  • Systemic coaching is based on four elements: 1. A model dialogue between the participants. 2. A common system view according to actors, activities, spaces, emotions, resources, communication and standards. 3. The system description is consensual. All participants must agree with the system description in order for it to apply. 4. This then leads to new, perhaps unusual, but now plausible solutions to problems and approaches to action for participants.
  • Pychodynamic coaching are coaching concepts supplement and enrich by the scientifically sound and coordinate building blocks of psychoanalysis. The focus is on two important aspects: the consistent consideration that all people are always exposed to unconscious dynamics in addition to their cognitive and conscious ideas. The inner and outer world of human being are subject to specific laws, which must be consciously observed and carefully related to each other. Psychodynamic coaching uses its concepts primarily to achieve an observable goal and defined the appropriate strategy.
  • Solution oriented coaching is the standard that is taught today in most coaching training courses and preferably practiced by many coaches. The coach is responsible for the joint process by focusing on the solutions and strengths of his client through experience. Emotional content can also be discussed, but the solution oriented approach does not have a scientifically approach to offer that would consistently take into account the systematics and diversity of psychodynamic findings.
